Has anyone tried this stuff–SWITCHEL??! I recently found a jar on the juice/kombucha/coconut water shelf at our local supermarket, and spotted Vermont on the homespun graphics a mile away. Lo and behold, it is an outrageously delicious brew: ginger, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. Do not be scared off by the vinegar and ginger–it’s sweet and flavorful, if strong. Use it as a concentrate and mix with seltzer. I like it diluted with bubbly water. I am officially pushing this stuff!
